About the JAcobus 6 wood stove
James 6
The small JAcobus can deliver a power output of 3.5 to 7 kW. You can adjust the power yourself by burning more or less wood. If you burn a lot of wood and the JAcobus 6 reaches its peak output of 7 kW, it can heat rooms up to 120 m³.
The best of its kind!
The Jacobus 6 is currently one of the best-selling wood-burning stoves, and for good reason. This stove has several features that make it stand out from other wood-burning stoves.
In the wood-burning stove category, Jacobus fireplaces offer the highest efficiency. This is partly because the air supplied is preheated by the fireplace itself. A reflective layer on the glass also ensures that the heat is better retained within the stove.
Burning pellets in a wood stove?
Suppose you don't have (good) wood in stock, or you want to keep your stove burning for a long time without refilling it. Then it's convenient to be able to run your JAcobus wood stove on pellets. That's why we offer a 'hybrid module' for the JAcobus. This allows you to convert your JAcobus to a pellet stove in no time. Burning wood remains possible!
Shorter or longer?
Jacobus stoves are now available with shortened or extended options. You can customize this to your liking. Note: when using an external air supply, the legs can be lowered by a maximum of 17 cm!

Why choose a wood stove?
-
Natural warmth
A wood-burning stove provides direct, radiant heat that's immediately noticeable and creates a cozy atmosphere. The crackling fire and flames create an authentic atmosphere in your home. With a good wood-burning stove, you can heat one or more rooms quickly and effectively, combining comfort with character.
-
Sustainable heating
Do you burn dry, untreated wood from local or certified sources? Then you're choosing a renewable fuel with low CO₂ emissions. Modern wood stoves meet strict environmental standards and emit significantly less particulate matter than older models. Sustainable heating starts with responsible wood use and an efficient stove.

Independent and cost-saving
With a wood-burning stove, you're less dependent on energy prices and external suppliers. Especially with rising gas or electricity prices, wood offers a cost-effective alternative. Moreover, a wood-burning stove also works without electricity, ideal during power outages. This way, you can heat your home reliably and affordably.
